Bargaining for your new Guide Dogs NSW/ACT Enterprise Agreement is well underway, as members and bargaining representatives have finished the third round of bargaining meetings.

At the last meeting, your HSU Bargaining Team made the strong case for improving the Agreement, particularly around rates of pay and ongoing pay rises. There have also been robust discussions about the car policy, superannuation, consultation and disputes resolution. The next meeting scheduled for next week will focus on leave matters.

 Bargaining still has a way to go, with many issues yet to be discussed. That means there’s never been a more important time to get involved and to engage with your colleagues.
