The HSU will be conducting a zoom meeting for Occupational Therapy members on Tuesday 26 April at 6pm. This meeting had been scheduled for Wednesday 20 April but unfortunately the meeting could not be conducted due to technical issues on the day.
We apologise to all the members that registered for the initial meeting and have rescheduled the meeting to Tuesday 26 April 2022.
This meeting is an opportunity for members to meet the HSU’s new Health Professional industrial team who are solely dedicated to improving working conditions for Health Professional members. A meeting agenda can be found here.
The main topics will be:
- Updates on the HSU strike action and plans moving forward.
- A fair and reasonable pay increase for OTs.
- Award reform and modernisation – explanation of process and purpose.
- Discussion of main issues impacting Occupational Therapy profession as a whole and how the HSU can address these through the new Health Professional Industrial team.
- Member questions and feedback.
For us to achieve big wins together, the new Health Professional Industrial team will need Occupational Therapy members to be active and come along to have your voice heard!
Registration for the meeting is required. Please register here.
