Your HSU bargaining committee will meet with Aurora management Wednesday 31 July, continuing negotiations for a new enterprise agreement.

What have we been fighting for? Through workplace conversations, online surveying, and committee meetings, HSU members endorsed our log of claims. Some highlights are:

• 8 per cent wage increases per annum
• Special Leave incorporating Natural Disaster leave: 10 days paid
• Increased Sick Leave
• Workload Management Clause (HP) permanent time allocated in roster for clinical notes
• Overtime payments to apply to any work done outside rostered hours
