The HSU has received correspondence from Albury Wodonga Health about replacing the Human Resources IT system used for ‘recruitment and other people related functions’.

AWH has explained that this is because the software system currently in use is provided by a company called Equifax and is coming to its end of product life as of 30 June 2024. AWH will need to implement a new system to ensure processes are not impacted.

The new software system is called SAP Success Factors.
