Advantaged Care: Are you being underpaid?

Dear Member,

It’s important you’re being paid the correct rate of pay! Complete this survey ASAP and help determine if you’re being correctly paid.

The Aged Care Award sets out the minimum rates of pay for aged care workers across Australia. Even though workers at Advantaged Care are covered by an enterprise agreement, your rate of pay under the agreement must not be less than the rate of pay that would be payable to you under the Aged Care Award.

For Cert III qualified aged care workers, the Award rates are:

 

Pay rate from

1 July 2024

 

Pay rate from

1 Jan 2025

 

Cert III qualified aged care worker, who uses the skills and knowledge from that qualification in the performance of their work.

If you are a Cert III qualified aged care worker and paid less than these rates, you could be being underpaid!

Fill in the survey, even if you’ve already provided some of these details to your HSU organiser already.
