The ACT Government Justice and Community Safety (JACS) Security and Emergency Management Division (SEMD) has drafted the Australian Capital Territory Public Service Security Clearance Policy and other relevant documents and has invited HSU feedback.

Since 2023, JACS SEMD has been developing a new ACTPS Security Clearance Policy and other related documents to provide the overarching direction on security clearances across the ACTPS and to align with current processes and requirements of the Australian Government Security Vetting Agency (AGSVA).
