The HSU has received correspondence from Canberra Health Services relating to the Health Professional (HP) and Allied Health Assistants (AHA) Work Level Standard Review (WLS Review).

Following the endorsement of Health Professional and Allied Health Assistants Classification Reviews late last year, the WLS review is now taking place ahead of the finalisation of the Enterprise Agreement later this year.

A Joint Working Party (JWP) forum has been established to collaboratively guide the approach and outcomes of the HP and AHA WLS. The HSU industrial team will be attending the JWP meetings on behalf of our members.

The HSU industrial team is currently reviewing the Project Plan and the draft AHA Work Level Standards. We are seeking feedback, views, and comments from our membership.
