Now that all of last year’s roll over agreements have been finalised, bargaining with the ACT Government for new Enterprise Agreements will soon recommence.

You will have received a Notice of Representational Rights (NERR) from management stating that bargaining is starting for your relevant agreement.

What’s next?

A lot has changed in 12 months so we would like to hear from members directly about what they want from this new round of bargaining. To do this we are asking members complete the brief survey linked below:
