Members in Southern NSW LHD have claimed a significant victory, with Health and Security Assistants claiming previously a previously unpaid allowance – plus backpay of up to 6 years.

The HSU has secured the win for HASA members within the district. They will be back paid for up to 6 years of Shoe Allowance - very important in helping ensure members' safety when performing tasks and responsibilities within their role. Shoe Allowance will now be paid fortnightly to members going forward.
