SNP workers across the organisation have united to resoundingly reject the company’s substandard CWA.

63% of SNP workers who voted said no, sending a very loud and clear message that the SNP offer was not good enough. This is huge.

I want to acknowledge the work of your local HSU delegates who were fearless and ferocious in this fight, backed up by a growing strong HSU membership. Today’s result would not have come about without HSU members taking the lead and getting the word out across the company.

What happens now?

Your HSU Bargaining Team will write to SNP management to recommence bargaining ASAP. The clear focus is on a better wages outcome, but there are still outstanding issues that need to be addressed.
