The HSU has received correspondence from Western Sydney Local Health District to advise that the ‘People Matters’ survey is now being conducted in the District from 23 August to 19 September. You can view the letter at this link.

We encourage members to participate in the survey to give a true picture of how health workers in WSLHD feel about your workplace. The survey is completely anonymous and there is no record of who has completed it.

As your Union, the HSU is committed to workplace advances that benefit members. The results of the ‘People Matters’ survey are independently compiled and the stated aim of the survey is to assist the LHD with improving workplace culture.
