Workplace culture survey - Auburn, Cumberland and Westmead Hospitals
-
Published May 21, 2021
The Health Services Union is conducting a survey of members working at Auburn, Cumberland and Westmead Hospitals, following an increasing number of concerns regarding workplace culture.
Every health worker is entitled to a safe workplace which is free from both physical and psychological hazards. Despite this, your union representatives have recently fielded concerns from a number of members feeling unsafe at work. Some say they are feeling bullied or harassed, and that they feel unable to report these behaviours to Hospital Management.
Please take a few minutes to complete this survey, which will help determine how the HSU tackles this problem: https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/acw-culture-2021
If you would like to speak to a union representative about any specific concerns, you can contact our Member Services Division by calling 1300 478 679. Alternatively, you can reach your HSU Organiser Brendan Roberts via email [E-Mail not displayed] or mobile number 0425 181 361.
Advocating for positive change at work is more effective when there are more union members in the workplace. Encourage your workmates to join at www.hsu.asn.au/join or call 1300 478 679.
