Dear Member,

Western NSW Local Health District (WNSWLHD) have advised the HSU about a proposed realignment of the Service Improvement Unit within the Services Delivery Directorate of WNSWLHD.

According to WNSWLHD, the hospital in the Home Services is firmly embedded in the business which means the manager, hospital in the home role/position is not required.

WNSWLHD has proposed to realign the structure to reflect the Integrated Care initiatives in the business and away from early program change management requirements.
