WNSWLHD is proposing to regrade three positions in the Bathurst Older persons Mental Health Team.

The three positions have been vacant and advertised multiple times and remained vacant. WNSWLHD proposes to change the positions to the following:

• OT Lvl 4 0.5 FTE to a OT Level 1/2 1.0 FTE
• Clinical Psychologist 1.0 FTE to a Psychologist 1.0 FTE
• Social Work Lvl 1/2 FTE to Social Work Level 3 0.8 FTE
