The HSU has received correspondence from Dubbo Health Service regarding a proposed regrading within the Physiotherapy Department. The employer is proposing to regrade the Level 5 Physiotherapist – Clinical Educator role to Level 4 Physiotherapist – Student Physiotherapist, and to reinvest the savings made into an additional 0.16FTE Level 1 Physiotherapist.
