Below is Calvary’s offer:

General Increase

In summary: for the Financial Year 2021-2022, the offer is 1.2%; for the Financial Year 2022-2023, the offer is 2.5%; for the Financial Year 2023-2024, the offer is 2.5%.

Special Relativity Increase

In summary: Drug and Alcohol Counsellors and the Hospitability Classifications will receive a further 5.4% this Financial Year.
