As you may be aware, Warrigal is proposing to make changes to the structure of the Property Services team.

This will involve the introduction of a “Property Lead” role to replace the Maintenance Services Supervisor role, and to change the areas of responsibility for the current Maintenance Services Officers (i.e. from a Residential Care Home and Community Village to a Residential Care Home or a Community Village).

At this stage, the target date for implementing these changes are June 2022.
