The Health Services Union has been advised there will be an upcoming roster change at Anglican Care Warnervale Gardens, due to commence on Monday October 25 (please see letter at this link).

An initial consultation meeting with staff took place last Thursday 23 September. The roster change impacts hospitality staff and will see 270 additional hours built into the current base rosters. Increased hours means there will be opportunities for casual conversions, as well as the introduction of a new cook role.

Over the coming weeks, management will be discussing shift availabilities and new duties lists will be available soon.
