ACL NSW members are currently being paid under the Health Professionals and Support Services Award - the absolute legal minimum in wages and conditions. By contrast your colleagues in other states have negotiated to improve wages and conditions through an Enterprise Agreement.

To negotiate, the majority of ACL employees in NSW need to demonstrate that we want an Enterprise Agreement.

Do you want to better wages and conditions? Make sure you attend the ACL General Employees meeting this Sunday.
