Virtus Health recently notified their employees via email of changes to their payroll.

What is the change?

Virtus Health have changed their processing pay day for the pay period to Wednesdays. The reason they have given for the change is to align pay days across the organisation so they all fall on the same day.

How does this affect you?

This affects our members who work for Virtus Health as they will now receive their payments on the day they are processed, which is now Wednesdays.

This means that some members may not receive their pay until the Thursday, making the official pay day Thursday of the pay week.

The change will commence from the first pay period in the new financial year, being the fortnight ending Sunday 3 July 2022, with the pay day of Thursday, 7 July 2022.

If you have any direct debits set up, this change may affect those arrangements too.
