On 29 August, HSU members at Bupa Aged Care Clemton Park contacted the Union to advise management were attempting to change the roster without notification or consultation.

Your local HSU Organiser HyoJung Kim wrote to management and requested all relevant information about the change and what procedures they have put in place for consultation. You will be updated on any correspondence between the Union and management.

You should have received a message from management on the evening of 29 August stating that “if your roster does not match your pattern”, you can arrange a time to meet to ensure you receive your contracted hours.

The proposed roster change is not limited to individual contracted hours, it is a workplace change that impacts all employees and management must consult with you regarding this change.

You are invited to join an urgent Zoom meeting to discuss the following items:

1. Identify the impacts
2. What you must do to be represented
3. Safety related issues & our action
