Access ParaEd via the HSU Member Portal here: https://members.hsu.asn.au/

Members recently reported difficulty with accessing ParaEd via the HSU website. This was due to a changeover process associated with new member software – which will ultimately mean far better outcomes for ADHSU members.

Technical issues sometimes occur, but this came at a bad time for ADHSU members who have re-registration fast approaching. We prioritised the issue and we thought we had a fix.

Unfortunately, after we sent this newsletter to advise members the issue had been resolved, a number of members got in touch to say they were still experiencing problems.

The fix is in place but there is an important step that we forgot to mention. Members will need to access the Member Portal through this link and not the current website as it is not currently connected.

If you haven’t yet logged in to the Member Portal, you will need to enter the email you have on file with the union and click on ‘Forgot my password’.

We appreciate this is happening at the pointy end of the registration year and apologise for the inconvenience.
