Mid North Coast LHD has provided the HSU with a proposal for the ongoing Community and Allied Health Restructure. 

Management has decided to call this proposal the “final endorsed structure” despite the fact it has been approved by MNCLHD’s Steering Committee and not the Union Specific Consultative Committee (USCC). This means that HSU members have not given their endorsement on this document.

You can view the document at this link. The next USCC meeting is being convened on Thursday 18 January. The HSU will raise concerns regarding this so-called “endorsed” document. 

Some diligent members have already contacted HSU head office regarding this document.
