Unfortunately, but not unsurprisingly, ACL have decided to appeal the recent Fair Work Commission decision stopping it from forcing members on annual leave.

The company argues it can force people to take annual leave as it’s a pathology company not a medical practice.

Whilst ACL want to keep attacking your right to take leave when you decide, your union will continue to stand up and fight for your entitlements!
