Unisson has made the decision to close four Supported Independent Living (SIL) group homes, citing difficulties with the ‘complex NDIS environment’. You can read their letter here.

The four SIL homes Unisson intends to close are:

• 1 Wattlebird Cl, Glenwood
• 37 Cristina Ave, Niagara Park
• 8 Gerard Ln, Gladesville
• 11 Arthur St, Hornsby

It is estimated that 50 staff members will be affected by these changes. We understand that this may be a difficult time, but your Union is here to support you.

Throughout this process, members have rights.
