Transfer from Autumn Lodge EA to Uniting EA

Yesterday Uniting made an application to the Fair Work Commission, seeking that employees who are currently covered by the Autumn Lodge, NSWNMA and HSU NSW Enterprise Agreement 2017 have their pay and conditions transferred to now be covered by the Uniting Aged Care Enterprise Agreement (NSW) 2017.
This means that the Autumn Lodge enterprise agreement would no longer apply to staff and the Uniting enterprise agreement would apply instead.
You can view a copy of the Uniting Aged Care Enterprise Agreement (NSW) 2017 here. Please note, the pay rates in this enterprise agreement have been superseded. You can view a copy of the new pay rates which currently apply under the Uniting enterprise agreement at this link.
