Your HSU Bargaining Committee have met with St Basil's Management and shared the list of claims that union members want in our new enterprise agreement.

The top claims for union members include:

• 5% wage increase per annum
• New allowance or loading when we’re working short staffed
• Additional sick leave, when we need support
• Expansion of Union rights, to better support us at work

Management have said that they will get back to us by COB 27 February with their full response to your Log of Claims.

Special HSU Meeting Wednesday 1 March

All HSU members at St Basil’s are encouraged to join a special online union meeting on Wednesday 1 March to discuss your claims, consider management’s response, and agree on where we go next.
