The Sydney Children’s Hospital Network is proposing to transition the Child and Family East (CAFÉ) service from Sydney Children’s Hospitals Network (SCHN) to South Eastern Sydney Local Health District (SESLHD).

The SCHN component of CAFÉ is proposed to transfer to Child, Youth and Family Services under within Population and Community Health as part of SESLHD.

Along with the transition, the documentation refers to a new organisational structure for staff within the affected team.
