SWSLHD: Proposed realignment, Primary and Community Health
-
Published February 29, 2024
Dear Member,
The HSU has received correspondence from South Western Sydney Local Health District about a proposed realignment within Primary and Community Health, SWSLHD.
SWSLHD conducted a review and said they identified a gap in the administrative support provided to Nurse Unit Managers across Child and Family Health Nursing and Community Health Nursing. To fill this gap, they have proposed a realignment of identified administrative positions and a regrade of vacant Assistant in Nursing to increase Clinical Support Officer positions.
The proposed realignment would involve changes to position descriptions for some impacted staff, as well as a change in reporting lines.
