Dear Member,

South Western Sydney Local Health District (SWSLHD) is proposing changes to the Staff Health Service with a focus on “streamlining processes”.

However, the details on this are unclear on paper. It appears that SWSLHD are intending to centralise the service, in an effort to standardise and regulate Staff Health processes.

We are seeking more information from the district about their specific plans but for now, we would appreciate any feedback from members in the Staff Health Service.
