SWSLHD is proposing changes to the Performance Unit.

They are implementing an information management strategy that will align performance analytics and information management within a single directorate. As part of this, SWSLHD proposes to transfer the Performance Analyst position from the Performance Unit to Digital Services.

SWSLHD is also implementing Activity Based budgeting. As part of this proposal, costing functions and management accounting functions will be aligned within the Finance directorate.
