The HSU has received correspondence from SWSLHD to advise of proposed changes to rostering of Aboriginal Oral Health Outreach Programs within the LHD. You can view the correspondence at this link.

Management has indicated that while to date, participation in the rostering of this service has been on a voluntary basis, due to the importance of the program they are now expecting all staff to participate. In the employer’s words, this is to ‘ensure the roster is shared fairly and equitably amongst all Oral Health staff’.
