St Agnes management are hosting an all staff meeting at the St Agnes site on 4 July at 2pm to discuss proposed roster changes.

This meeting will give you the opportunity to get further information and raise any questions or concerns you may have. See below some examples of questions you might like to ask:

• What will the new shift times be?
• Will handover times change?
• Will there be a clear duty lists and shift expectations for all staff and shifts before starting the new roster?
• Will there any changes to where I work?
• Will this information be provided when the roster is released?
• Will there be an increase in team leader roles?
• Will break time change?

This meeting will allow staff to ask broad questions about the roster change. Individual meetings will follow for staff who will be impacted directly by the roster change.

If you are invited to attend an individual meeting, please contact the Union on 1300 478 679 before agreeing to any changes to your work patterns or contract.
