At the last moment this week, SNP advised HSU delegates that the scheduled meeting to discuss outstanding issues will be postponed for another fortnight.

HSU delegates met with other bargaining representatives anyway. The prevailing mood was one of disappointment at SNP dodging the meeting and anger at the paltry wage offer on the table.
