SNP Collective Workplace Agreement Approved

The Fair Work Commission has approved the Sullivan Nicolaides Pathology Collective Workplace Agreement No.4 and it will operate from 9 December 2022.
So, what now?
Now that the CWA4 is approved, CWA3 no longer applies for the purpose of the instrument that sets out your working conditions. This means the HSU members can now enforce the conditions set out in the CWA4.
Also, SNP are now required to pass on the first year wage increase on the first full pay period on or after 9 December 2022 – so keep an eye out for it!
Part-Time Arrangements
One of the most frequent issues members reported under the CWA3 concerned the part-time arrangement. In the past members were consistently disadvantaged by these arrangements, but now by holding SNP accountable members will finally have proper part-time arrangements as set out in the Award,
