SLHD: Private Patient Officer Realignment

SLHD is proposing a Realignment of Private Patient Officer (PPO) roles across the LHD.
The Proposal aims to standardise the roles across the District.
- PPO positions to be regraded to be consistent across RPAH, CRGH and TCH.
- The PPO title will be rebranded to Customer Service Liaison Officer (CSLO).
- Standardised Uniforms will be introduced for all CSLOs
- Standard Hours of operation are to be introduced including a 7-day rotating roster
- Standardised work practices will be introduced at each facility
- A Customer Service Training Program will be rolled out.
