SLHD is proposing a Realignment of Private Patient Officer (PPO) roles across the LHD.

The Proposal aims to standardise the roles across the District.

• PPO positions to be regraded to be consistent across RPAH, CRGH and TCH.
• The PPO title will be rebranded to Customer Service Liaison Officer (CSLO).
• Standardised Uniforms will be introduced for all CSLOs
• Standard Hours of operation are to be introduced including a 7-day rotating roster
• Standardised work practices will be introduced at each facility
• A Customer Service Training Program will be rolled out.
