The HSU has received correspondence from Shoalhaven Hospital Group management regarding changes to roster patterns for theatre wardspersons.

Management has indicated there has been extensive consultation with members and feedback to the trial roster pattern was positive. The letter also states staff have agreed to continue with the roster pattern.
