Members at San Radiology have raised the alert management are making changes to the way you are graded through the PRP program.

This could have a considerable impact on your ruole and pay grade.

Under the terms of your Enterprise Agreement, management is obliged to consult with union members regarding major workplace change. Overhauling the process for achieving various grades is a major change that requires a formal consultation process.

If you are affected by this change, do not agree to any changes to your grading and contact [E-Mail not displayed] or [E-Mail not displayed] for advice before any discussions about upcoming changes to the PRP program.

An HSU organiser will be on site at San Radiology this Thursday, 21 December to discuss next steps.
