HSU members in the Switch Department at Concord Hospital recently raised concerns with their Organiser regarding roster issues. A roster that should have been distributed on 27 June had not been released.

Under the Health Employees Conditions of Employment Award 2021 a roster must be displayed 2 weeks in advance in a place conveniently accessible.

The HSU wrote to management to informing them of this potential breach of the Award. Thankfully, following this action the matter was resolved in a timely manner.
