On the 8^th of May, UPA advised of upcoming roster changes across the business. Management did not provide a timetable. Members at Richmond Lodge have been in touch over the weekend advising of upcoming information sessions.

UPA has been requested to provide more detailed information such as copies of the proposed new roster, any increase or reduction of hours and updated role statements etc. Once members receive this we will be in a better position to understand the proposed changes.

Where to from here?

One on one meetings will be held with affected members and management. Members are advised that they are entitled to a HSU support person. You can arrange this by calling HSU Member Services on 1300 478 679. If you cannot get a support person in time you are encouraged to raise this with your employer and request your meeting be postponed. For any questions or concerns, please contact your organiser. In the interim we will continue to keep members appraised about the process.
