ADHSU delegates met the Health Minister on Wednesday to discuss NSWA’s reluctance to maintain government-funded rosters, including by allowing stations to close, or officers to respond single.

The meeting was constructive and the Minister undertook to urgently convene a meeting between NSWA and HSU to discuss a resolution to the issue.

It’s ADHSU delegates' position that NSWA strictly adhere to the 2021 arbitrated IRC recommendation on maintenance of rosters while discussions take place. Link to 2021 recommendation here.
