Registrar Definition Dispute
-
Published February 15, 2021
The HSU is currently involved in a dispute with the NSW Ministry of Health about the definition of Registrar in the Public Hospital Medical Officers (State) Award.
The dispute concerns Medical Officers who are appointed to Registrar positions within NSW Health, but who are not classified and paid as such because they have less than three years of post-graduate experience.
