Over the past few months, Ramsay members have responded to the HSU survey which asked what important issues you want to fight for as part the current Ramsay Enterprise Agreement campaign.

Hundreds of members responded and these results have now been used to put together a draft list of claims for presentation to management. If you weren’t able to attend the members meeting last night, click here for a copy.

An initial meeting with Ramsay management  will take place next Thursday 30 March to discuss the bargaining process, timeframes and HSU members’ bargaining representatives.

It is expected our list of claims and HSU member bargaining representatives will be endorsed and finalised at our next members on 13 April. Further details will be sent out closer to the meeting.

The HSU Organising team will also be back on site over the next few weeks talking about why it’s important for members to be active and engaged in this campaign to fight for improved wages and conditions during this cost of living crisis.
