HSU members and Ramsay Health have officially started bargaining for a new enterprise agreement. If we want to win improvements to wages and conditions, we need active and involved union members!

There are two upcoming steps that we ask our fellow members to take:

(2)  Based on feedback from our previous members meeting, here is our draft list of demands. To finalise the list, we’re asking which demands are more or less important to HSU members. HSU Organisers will be visiting most of Ramsay’s 31 NSW sites over the next fortnight. Look out for them, join events and meetings, talk to your colleagues about why it’s essential to be part of this union campaign!
