Your member-run Psychologist Industrial Committee has been hard at work to improve conditions for Psychologists across the state.

The Committee has settled on a clear action plan moving forward with key priority areas of focus:

• Improving the Personal Regrade process for HSU members
• Rectifying the Team Leader Allowance payments for HSU members
• Developing a statewide organising plan to better engage HSU Psychologists and build collective power within the profession

Most importantly, the Committee has been hard at work researching, discussing, and preparing the complete list of award reform issues which will form the platform of the HSU’s efforts to update the Psychologist awards.

The Committee consists of 30 rank-and-file dedicated Psychologists giving up their time and energy to develop the strongest possible case for award reform.
