Management for Liverpool Microbiology Laboratory have contacted the HSU in relation to proposed new rosters for staff. The HSU is seeking feedback from members on the proposed roster, if you have any issues or concerns, please contact your Union Organiser.

Management express that after a 6 week trial they wish to conduct feedback with the HSU. However, we see no reason to wait, if you have concerns now contact us immediately. HSU has concerns that the roster fails to address chronic issues relating to annual and excess leave, nor address concerns of delays in leave approval.
