At HSU Conference earlier this year, delegates agreed to begin campaigning for change in the private pathology sector. Wages and conditions need to improve – it’s time we got together and fought for better.

Union delegates and activists have been talking to members working in the sector from QLD, NSW, and ACT and asking them how they feel about work.

Now it’s time to recap on what we’ve learned.

You are invited to our first HSU private pathology members meeting. We’ll be talking about the results of our recent industry survey and how members can get involved in our campaign for change.

Wondering if workers can make real change? HSU members fought for better pay in aged care, and this year they won a 15% increase. They’re still fighting for more, but they know they can do it – together.
