On 30 September, the HSU held its inaugural statewide zoom meeting for Social Workers in NSW Health. The turnout was fantastic, and the discussion showed there is a lot more opportunity for HSU social workers to discuss issues, share ideas and strategise for the future.

At the end of the meeting, members proposed a survey to be distributed to Social Workers, which will assist in determining widely-felt issues. The HSU has now designed this survey, which you can find at the below link:

The survey takes about 5-10 minutes to complete, and any individual results will be kept confidential. Please pass the survey link on to your colleagues to complete. Non-members can also complete the survey – encourage them to join the Union and share ideas with their colleagues at the next statewide meeting.
