The Health Services Union has been meeting with Employer and Member representatives as part of the NSW Health Pathology Rostering Sub-Committee.

One of the outcomes of this Committee was a commitment by NSW Health Pathology to update their rostering best practice guidelines and then provide education sessions to management and staff.
