Northern Sydney Local Health District is proposing to implement a Health Manager Level 2 (HM2) within the JMO Unit at Ryde Hospital.

The current structure is staffed by Health Manager Level 1 (HM1). Under the proposed change, this role would remain within the structure but would be amended as follows:

• Title change from JMO Manager to JMO Coordinator;
• Changes to the position description to reflect the introduction of the proposed JMO Manager (HM2) position and redistribute the duties between the two roles; and
• Change in reporting line to report directly to the proposed JMO Manager (HM2) position.
